Watched some of game between BNU & LH Roundballs, good game from Roundballs keeper, couple or so cracking saves, not sure what final score was but certainly LH keeper kept it down, with all due respect keeper was no spring chicken, but good game sir you were certainly my motm I hope your team mates shouted you a beer.

HI Spandex, how did you guys find the BN team. Probably the biggest bunch of ***** we have come across for a few years.

Today they were ok, even though they provided the ref. But when we played them earlier in the season I would agree with your assessment of them.

They reffed 2nd 1/2 of our game. Very comical, our skipper standing toe to toe with him screaming your a f**** cheatn c***, 5 min later he Yellow carded his own player for telling him he made a "sh*t call" and said "dont swear"

Well Petone have secured at least 2nd place (thus promotion) with 4 (mathematically 5) gunning for the other spot.
But due to the nature of the table it also means 6 teams are fighting to avoid the drop (some only need a point to escape it).

If the weather forecast holds true and due to the fact some other grades have played 1 to 2 less games than we have. I think it is only 20% chance of games going ahead this week.

That table is a bit deceiving in terms of number of games played, since the table reset at the half way point (after 7 games). So this week (or the next game) is the last league game of the season. Then comes the cup (however that works this year).
