Wonder what sort of sides we will see this weekend given a number of higher up teams are not playing.
Still wide open between the Top 3.
So Uni have done there homework and realized that if they loose to Stop Out twice they are in trouble.... I wonder if Stop Out have done their homework and have prepared with a good side this weekend? I wonder if Uni loose to Stop Out this weekend, what sort of side will the gossies put out against Stop Out, will the gossies get a few from Uni 1sts?
What kind of condition is Kelburn park in? is it its usual rubbish self this time of year?
Expecting a good game against Stop Out, looking forward to it. And why would the Gossies want any of the first team guys, they beat Stop Out the first time around.
Kelburn Park in pretty poor condition, has been since they got rid of the on-site groundsman.
Because like I said if Stop Out beat Uni this weekend they will need the gossies to get a result against Stop Out when they play them, and whelst the gossies did get the points against Stop out last time, it was very close and their man of the match was their pitch, I dont think the gossies will get a result against Stop Out at hutt park, any other club would do it in that situation why wouldnt Uni?
Because the first team still have tough games against Wellington United and Olympic, as well as having to play Stop Out again. And the Gossies are a good side.
Also, the Bulldogs were good for their win last week. The Gossies had begun a mini comeback but were killed off by a determined side (just to respond to your put-down about them earlier).
Fair enough, thats all I was looking for.
Wasn't a putdown, was just an opinion based on my experience of games against that team which have never been of very good quality thats all. have never seen anything from them that would suggest they were capable of that result, particularly because as you were saying, the Gossies are a good side.
