Seeing that Cap 6 talk has been very quiet, I figured I'd get the ball rolling.

Uni Accies are looking like a strong team this year after promotion last year, but time will tell

The Stallions derby is going to be interesting, as will be any team's trip over to Wainui.

CAPITAL 6:

Uni Accies __ Marist Inter __ Nairnville 1 (12.30);

North Wgtn Villa __ Uni Stallions __ Alex Moore 2 (12.30);

Wainuiomata __ Brooklyn Northern __ Prouse 2 (12.30);

Petone Chacago __ Lower Hutt Sangham __ Petone 2 (2.30);

Miramar Rangers __ North Wellington __ Miramar 1 (2.30).

Didn't you used to roll with the Karori Aces? Nice switch. Stallions definitely back, glad to finally be out of Div 7, and we'll talk it up on here. Yep the derby is shaping up nicely with the Accies. You had it all over us last season, hopefully a different story this season. Good luck.

Yes I did. Had to get off that sinking ship! Back at "home" now with the Uni lads and raring to go for the new season.

Good luck to all teams.

All quiet on here - at least with the stallions and accies we have the top of the table well represented - great start for the University teams. We are pretty happy with 2 clean sheets to start the season, and a couple of good games. Had a a welcome to Div 6 yesterday with the ref refusing to allow rolling subs, despite both teams begging for them - a lot of players out there who hadn't played 90 mins for a while. Cue one of our puffing players: 'wish we hadn't been promoted'. All good in the end.

No rolling subs in any league when officiated by a referee this year.(3 from 5 players only)
