The table's wrong - Island Bay have had two wins and a draw. The draw was with Kapiti.

Thought I would dredge this up,  how do you see the table at the moment?? is it what you were expecting?? who will be there at the end?? how have you found the league this year??

Also does anyone know if it is the top two that get straight promotion or if 2nd has to playoff??

Table so far...
                       P  W  D  L  GF  GA  Pts
Island Bay             6  4  2  0  13   8  14
Lower Hutt City        6  3  2  1   9   8  11
Seatoun                5  3  1  1  11   7  10
North Wellington       6  2  2  2   5   5   8
Kapiti Coast United    6  1  4  1   6   6   7
Waikanae               5  2  0  3   7   9   6
Douglas Villa          5  1  2  2   7   7   5
Petone                 6  1  2  3   8  11   5
Karori Cougars         6  0  4  2   4   6   4
Brooklyn Northern      5  1  1  3   2   5   4
From what Ive seen so far, its tight. Theres not a single team thats overwhelmingly better than any other, nor is there a team below par. BNU are bottom but only conceded 5. Its a league which could be turned upside down in only a couple of weeks.

Yeah I've reffed mostly Cap 3 and there haven't been any blowouts, all 1 goal margins or draws.

Brooklyn Northern     0    Waikanae              1
Petone                4    North Wellington      2
Lower Hutt City       0    Seatoun               4One big lol at Wakefield today. I think both teams hit the crossbar about 3 times, but the real bummer was the ref. Absolute sh*t. Bookings for all

It was all cats and dogs on the Coast, with a lightning storm an hour before kick off.
Most of the ground was under 2 inches of water, so the ref called the match off. Both coaches agreed with the ref. A few of the lads were a bit upset until they saw a couple of kids try and kick a ball around on the pitch...

A very interesting weekend for Cap 3.
Top 4 playing each other, middle 2 playing and bottom 4 playing.

The table could easily squeeze up or blow out if Seatoun are up to it away at Island Bay.

North Wellington __ Brooklyn Northern __ Alex Moore 1 (12.30);
Karori Cougars __ Kapiti Coast United __ Ben Burn (2.30);
Waikanae __ Petone __ Jim Cooke (2.30)
Island Bay __ Seatoun __ Wakefield 2 (12.30)

                                                               P  W  D  L  GF  GA  Pts

We (Seatoun) had a loss to Island bay last time so are pretty keen to change that and try and make a decent break between the rest of the league. Still pretty tight if we lose

Another big day for some teams tomorrow after last weeks results.
Some pretty close games expected again tomorrow.
Brooklyn need a result or they'll be gone.
A bit of a race for 2nd place though with 5 games to play.
Looks like bottom 4 fighting relegation.
Next 5 race for 2nd and Seatoun to win it

Top Goalscorer...I think. He would be amazing if he knew how to pass! JOKES.

Yep Jonesy sure is a legend ( played for NZ).I'm sure Paul and Nik coached the second team in the mid 90's. As for Stokesy he would have to be one of the best midfielder's Seatoun produced,(even better than the McDonald brothers) fantastic player to watch. Does Jack Boyd still go and watch the games?

A big collection of Old fellas there after the Seatoun win on Saturday. Mr Stokes selling raffle tickets, Arthur p$$ing off the Stop Out oldies with his refereeing in the early game.

Haha sounds like him. He has all the skills of a great player. Pity he spent about 5 years away from football.

He got subbed few times and threw his toys too. But yeah, he could be real good if he tried to
