Interesting - I was talking to Thommo last week and he said he was going to it on Saturday night.  I hope he had a great time.

If you haven't noticed, cappy has a very high resemblance to crappy - especially if you are reading in the morning, half hungover on a high resolution monitor.

The cause is a great one - I'd go if I was in Wellywood

Received a signed Tommy Smith AW shirt from John Masseurs of Karori juniors, and two nights at a Kapiti luxury bach (value $1150 http://www.makoha.co.nz/booking.htm) from Bruce Duncan.

Top night, much booze was downed and many laughs particularly people watching News get frustrated as everyone kept bumping up the bidding on the Ipswich Town shirt.

Also big laughs when big Jimmy Bannatyne and John Sutherland arguing who was the official top bidder on the Mermaids season pass!

Well done to the lads that put it all on was a load of fun - hope it raised heaps for the cause.
