The whole debate about paying players is an interesting one. I wonder if the model of overcharging juniors to pay players easily into their 30s is worth it in the long term?

I know that NW have some excellent young players such as Holden, yet they still pay Cunny $xxx per week and keep Holden from starting and developing. 

I doubt the 30+ year old mercenaries or the young up and coming players will play next season if they don’t get promotion. Then what?
