1. TBC - 5th placed CL2*
2.TBC - 6th placed CL2
3. Lower Hutt
4. Stop Out 
5. Wainui
6. Douglas Villa
7. Greytown
8. Phoenix U18/Wellington Olympic 
9. Whanganui Athletic/Gisborne United 
10. Napier City Rovers Reserves 

* If Wests win the NL playoff then 5th placed CL2 will be promoted to CL and either Phoenix U18/Wellington Olympic to fill the extra spot.
