Sounds as though NW are recruiting for the new season via Nelson.

All the Wairarapa players that were at Tasman have gone to Hawke's Bay with Ifill (Allan, Lindsay, Britton, Chettleburgh was Tasman last year as well). That meant last season Tasman wanted a new club from outside the region to have a relationship with.

There's Matt Campbell who's involved with both organisations that is the link between them I think. Seen a few Tasman board members etc at NW games in the past as well.
