Last year the same statement was made but I seem to recall that some of the players chose to go to other clubs.

Think your black and blue sunnies are impeding your reading comprehension. Mine was a question, not a statement.

I have no opinion on the morality of it, but taking over TW certainly gives Miramar a powerful recruiting tool.

The height of my camel is not at issue here, please play the ball not the man.

Will correct my response missed the question mark on the end of your question......

The same question was raised last year and players returned to a club of their chose.

Eye on the ball - will try to do better.  TW gives Wgtn clubs a powerful recruiting tool. Inc Heartland W

TW gives Wgtn clubs a powerful recruiting tool... Laughable!

When have other clubs prospered from players coming to play for TW?

Upper Hutt got an ACFC striker through TW last season I believe. Tawa got Tom Biss ?

Previous seasons clubs around wgtn have got players brought in by TW.  I don't know all about it.

BBQ talk here though.

Thats a bit of a stretch if you were referring to Corrales, a player who was always returning to Wellington to start his buisness and wanted to play with people he got along with. didn't have anything to do with TW.
Don't know about the Biss and Tawa situation.
So we may have 1..... is that it?

I don't know personal situation of players but yes Corrales did come to TW - was whispers of playing for Miramar but chose to go to Upper Hutt.  The association of other TW  import or other districts players who stayed on in Wgtn  pre the last 2 years Is unknown to me.

Well most likely (a lot of TW games watched over the many years) - but did TW not bring over a USA player who stayed on with Wests - Again no real knowledge of fact but you can't let that get in the way of a good bar story.

#Steinekens - did wharf bring a player over and he played TW or other way round?

"Ludicrous" is a relative term.
Ludicrous for the Rapa?
Ludicrous for Central league?
Ludicrous for an amateur competition?
