Best value $2 I've spent in a long time. Huge crowd in as well, haven't seen that many at Farrington Field since the marfia were in the National league play-offs.
I have seen ALOT worse in regular league play, this was Quarter Final Football.......
Football is working class ballet - Alf Garnet
Dicey and Sutherland for the Handbags (Sutherland a second yellow), and Trent Watson for two yellows.

Fuck this stupid game
Let me know how it goes
You didn't miss much, it wasn't a good game. Forrest Hill played hoof ball. Bay Olympic waved imaginary cards and whinged all day to the ref (mostly just Strom and McKenzie tbf). Forrest Hill actually had the better chances but i don't think they played the better football. Go figure.
The atmosphere was dead too. Had some bloke on the PA trying to rev up the crowd every 10 mins, pathetic.
Three for me, and two for them.

The draw, made live on Radio Sport on Tuesday, also opened the possibility of a Chatham Cup final hosted in Wellington or Dunedin.
New Zealand Football confirmed that if the winter football showpiece, played on the first weekend in September, featured no Auckland team the game would be played at the ground of one of the finalists rather than North Harbour Stadium, the host of nine of the last 11 finals.

Good man.
Come on final in Dunedin... would be good to see Carisbrook get a football game like this before she goes.
-edit-
Cavy have already lost one of their import players, Taylor Powers. I think Dave Butler will be heading back to the states soon too. Patrick Fleming will be there for the semi-final, but should we make it into the final, a number of the squad are likely to be back to studies in the USA, they are: Taylor Powers, Dave Butler, Seamus Ryder, Patrick Fleming and Tom Jackson. (Fleming and Jackson scored 5/7 goals against Ferrymead) So there are potentially a couple of my teammates stepping up from reserve league into a Chatham cup final...

That would be a real shame.
Final at the Caledonian would be a great day out!

I've lost my programme from the other week... so I can't see who else was missing from that game.
