LOL @ 'Uni Unicorns' 

SHould be the Uni Corns.

Wooo game against Karori in second week of season, won't be playing in a puddle like we were in the 5th/6th week of last season! Not a pisstake, but the truth!

I was hoping we'd be there next week seeing as the Naenae firsts are there... wonder if I can pay off someone to get a draw change...but I'm playing at 12:30.  Aquadrome here I come !

So what's everyones thoughts on this weeks game then after some 'interesting' results in weekend past

Just looking at the Champs League:

Island Bay v LH Reserves - tough game for us, especially with IBU beating Tawa at the weekend. Not sure how we'll go against Miramar, no idea how good they are or who they have - i assume they'll be strong though.

Game of the Saturday round will be Stop Out v Upper Hutt - 2 derbys in 2 weeks for the UH Boys
Game of the Monday round will be Tawa v Wharfies - nice early rematch from their HP clash

All... note some changes in the draw as published today, but check the Paper Thursday for finals.

Why do Masters games get scheduled at Easter when many Masters players are away with their families? It is ridiculous and just about everyone has to get rings in for the day, so often you can't even recognise your regular opposition. Crazy. 

Because if they cancelled the games they'd have all the players who ARE available whinging...
