Have your say on Girls/Women's Football
Capital Football has been working together with a women's working group made up of players, coaches, administrators and associated people who are passionate about Girls and Women's Football in the Greater Wellington Region. We have identified the following key target areas that need to be addressed:
Who are our customers?
How do we grow our game (i.e. How do we increase playing numbers? How do we retain players? How do we increase skills?)
How do we improve the quality of our game (i.e. What is a quality competition and how do we achieve it?)
We have put together a series of questions in a survey, which will help us make informed decisions about the direction of our sport.
We're looking for all current and former players/coaches/administrators/anyone involved in girls or women's football to take part.
It would be hugely appreciated if youre in that group if you can fill out this survey or if you can pass the link onto anyone that you know who is (or was) involved in girls or women's football somehow. The more feedback we get, the more informed the results!
The survey is here and we appreciate the time given to fill it in!
Cheers!

All helpful comments/constructive criticism etc are best put in the survey.

i did survey- some of it is a bit complex, like how you HAVE to put in positive numbers for hours spent watching certain types of football, rather than zeros, but other than that ok
Salmon swim upstream
and some of the questions directed at players need N/A

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

from the article - the folks who administer the womens' game here seem to be quite creative and strategic in their decision-making
