who the hell are Porirua Leste?

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

I believe they are a group split from Wests to try and  play football at a reduced cost. Targeting the lower income families of Porirua.

Been running for quite a few years and growing in numbers as players move up the grades.

Something like this. Theyre a junior/youth club, so dont have mens teams.

Stop Out played well. Dominated the 2nd half.

Heard that Upper Hutt had a few missing due to  Heartland Rapa commitments.

Was that Olympic 11 - 1 Seatoun?

Apparently so.
4-3 loss for IBU to Tawa. Not a bad first up hit out for new look IBU.
0-0 between IBU reserves and KCU.

Nice satisfying 5-2 win for North Wellington over Naenae tonight.  Howling cross wind but some nice football from both sides.

Im sure it was satisfying however naenae had 5 starters away and 3rd choice keeper between the posts of which 3 goals can be attributed. But fair play NW have some very handy players and deserved the win.

Basically same for us, a fair number of the new squad not playing, still a good stiff hit out for both teams played in reasonable spirits. Some hard challenges and a few yellow cards but nothing really malicious.

The wind didn't help either side much but as I said some passages of good play from both teams.

Bit of entertainment from the outrageous goal scored by one of our midfielders (a face down diving flick over his head), I wasn't quite sure what he was doing when he dove forward.

I thought the ref handled things pretty well to.

Good luck for the rest of your games.

You know Naenae were getting desperate when they had to bring on a long lost 1st team player with fifteen to go to try and shore things up... As described by their captain it was a necessary evil... hahaha. Good game by both teams and North Wellington will be more than handy in Cap 2.

Looked to be a nasty knee injury to one of the Greek players on the other field at Wakefield.
