2009 is looking to be a very exciting year for Island Bay United AFC, with both our Reserve and Academy teams winning promotion into higher leagues.

The first team improved on our previous years performance finishing in the top three of the Premier League table after leading at various times during the year.

With our top two teams in Capital Premier and Capital One, the club is strongly placed to push for higher honours and we welcome players who want to be part of this effort.

Island Bay is a well organised football family with a strong community base, and focus on player development, enjoyment and success.

Our coaching staff contains certified coaches and experienced ex-players, who are committed to providing a SAFE and competitive learning environment for our players.
