I would be pretty confident that Korosh is not a failure, "Alan". Xavier also is a fantastically qualified coach and the region is bloody lucky to have them here!

And if you find yourself wondering why the door there keeps getting slammed in your face, you might consider taking a bit of a look at yourself. All I have seen in the 4 hours you have been on here has been moaning, criticism and borderline racism/xenophobia. Perhaps you can do a better job than the current crop of clearly terrible ex players? If you think so, then apply. Be sure and bring your NZ equivalent of a UEFA "A" badge, a positive attitude, and your friend "Beckham" to hold your hand eh?

P.S. I am also employed by Mainland, and I have only ever been outside NZ twice, so what does that make me? I seriously cant WAIT to hear your reply.

Looks like I've unwittingly blundered into a Mainland Football-sponsored echo chamber!

So we are not allowed to 'moan' or 'criticise', is that it?

You guys take our money  - close to $500 this time - and serve up little more than dross, then try to dress it up as a great experience for our children. The poor coaching, the trials that were obviously poorly run, based on the fact that kids went to tournament who couldn't even kick a ball properly (some were even toe-hacking) means people are NOT HAPPY.

I'm sorry to break it to you Mr Mainland Football Employee, but we are paying your wages and we have a right to complain.

If you can't handle that, if you only want to hear good things, and only want to have your bellies rubbed, then for goodness' sake, DON'T LEAVE YOUR OFFICE, cause the current mood in the clubs is that you guys are failing us utterly.

You guys don't hold the keys to football. There are some EXTREMELY successful people out there in football land who look at the way you guys run the game and think it's average at best, and abysmal at worst. They just can't be bothered even engaging in a conversation with you guys. And judging from your reply, I can see why.

NZ Football equivalent to a UEFA 'A' - don't make me laugh. I have a couple of friends with it and they've done the NZF Level 2 and said it's not even close.

But you keep telling yourself how great a job you're doing. Nothing like a little self-attribution fallacy to keep you warm and cosy in your little jar.
