On behalf of Porirua Mana I am scouting players who may want to play for us next season. We need players who are committed to turning up to 99% of the games and notifying us if they cant make it!
About our team - we are a relatively new addition to Capital Football, this is our 4th season in the league and we have a core group of players who wish to play with adults who want to get out and enjoy the game, and the after match functions. We are not an easy-beat team but our results have not shown the commitment of a few of our team yet! We train with Porirua City FC in the pre season and have a good rapport with them and their members
Who we want: Team members with commitment, an ability to get themselves to the various ground locations around Wellington City and its environs, preferably in your 20s or 30s or older (several of our team are of masters age) with the desire to play hard but fair football. Players who are willing to pay their subs at the start of the year. Also we have a early preseason start, we practise on Sundays at a location to be confirmed and this will be starting approximately 4 weeks from now. (we are serious about promotion this year but not so serious we cant fail :D ).
We are looking for players for all positions, from keeper to manager so even if you cant play but want to be involved contact me.
