Absolutely they should. But I guess it depends on if you think the clubs are trying to go around the rules or not. But when the chairman of the club tells everyone who will listen they dont pay players then you have to wonder. Also this is not only Cashmere by they way. But this also circles back to my orginal comment after the chairmans comments.

I think it’s more to do with the money being offered is far more than is allowed. Then players been put on the books as “coaches”.

Storer to Tech. Would love to see clubs contractor/staff lists vs playing rosters. 

Yip, pretty gutting to be fair, but can you blame him with an offer like that? Not like this is a new thing in Chch football but still disappointing none the less. Might not be the only one either! 

I thought this new league was supposed to tidy up this side of football? 

Has he got an actual role with them? Not sure that's something that was supposed to be tidied up.

 But if he's actually coaching why shouldn't he be paid for that?
