After being in the opposing dugout & hearing his aftermatch speeches in the last 2 seasons, Lee definitely wants to win & always by playing positive football. He always acknowledges when a team pushes his team & you can see he takes that onboard for next time the teams meet.
Some people think hes arrogant but I just think hes really confident in what he is trying to achieve & the players that he has & like Experience said he wears his heart on his sleeve, he is passionate about Selwyn & their setup & I think some people are just envious & jealous that they don't have people in their club that replicate Lee.
