And can they do something about improving the standard of refereeing?

I take that back. Just discovered that our refereeing is top notch with respect to consistency, communication, courage, decisiveness, humility, fairness, empathy, knowledge of the game (not just the rules), flexibility..etc Just go and watch a Div 1 match.
Never said it was. But stating what you think is wrong (and I'm not nessecarily disagreeing with you on some of those things), is not solutions.
