All ingredients must be expensive and foreign if possible.
Add all ingredients to the glass from a very long way away so the other team can't get in the way
Take a highball glass (longball if you prefer) and throw in a single cube of ice. Don't over do this step or it may turn into a slushy, and Cashmere don't like those.
Two large and heavily tattooed shots of something black (Schwarz means black in German) like Sambuca. Shots may not be the right word for these particular ingredients
Add in two generous portions of ginger, and one very hard working boiled egg to bounce about in the middle. Any of these ingredients can be switched around with any other depending on the client of course.
You may even wish to leave the ginger out entirely!
Important note: There must be absolutely no spirits used in this beverage!
Possible exception: A nice drop of 17 year old Matheson on the side always works a treat!
We will get to the 42 year old scotch later but it doesn't add much to the final product...
Build in something to add that delicious "we wish we were Brazil look", like ice cream soda, Galliano or even Red Bull, a dash of blue Curacao to match the shorts and voila!
Enjoy in moderation while standing on the Terris
If preferred, late in the process, if it's not working well, throw in a massive and hard to stop Oxley cube for a change of pace.
