Great idea about the qualifying league. Hopefully it will help clubs retain players has they push to play in the highest league possible.

Will be interesting to what clubs enter, one would assume clubs back from 2015 will be:

ChCh United, Hornby, Nomads, Parklands, Selwyn and Waimak

So who does that leave that is likely to enter?

Burwood, Hurunui Rangers, Mid Canterbury and Papanui Redwood.

This is based on clubs that have entered the Chatham Cup and English Cup in recent seasons with hopfully Mid Canterbury coming back in to make it ten teams to avoid a Bye.  

Will be interesting to see the final make up.

Burwood will deffo be in there. Mid Canty defaulted out of the QL(Div 1) a few years back, and they get welcomed back? What if this continues to happen?
