Started with a board of 7, three left early on, the fourth coinciding with Technical Director's resignation. That leaves President Slava + 3.

Don't think Coastal gig is quite what Pieter was looking for. Neither what was expected from him at CFA once he got here, which was vastly different from what he signed up for.
