Was quite a good game technically (and Technical - ally !) and I enjoyed watching the full match video.
Pretty good quality picture considering it's only one camera and the lighting at English Park isn't the best for night games.
Full match video here:

Nice goal (if you only want to see the goal) about 1 hr 16 mins into the video with a great pinpoint cross from Lyle Matthysen with his left peg a long way out on the right to Coughlan's head in the box.

Haha, I don't think I changed it the first time so no! After the debacle of 2018 I vowed to never change the picks due to stupid docking of points.
How long was this appeal though? The game was in August and the decision in November?
It's a bit odd right?
Ooh. What's this is hear very late in the piece about a restructuring of the league in 2021 or 2022 that creates a South Island league which the top two making it into the National League??? It's being voted on by clubs shortly.
How am I the last to know this? Things have changed.

Yep correct, some background to it in this article. Will mean the national league as it is currently will stop along with Canterbury United
NZF full steam ahead with total restructure of Senior top level football https://www.nzfootball.co.nz/newsarticle/98116. In some ways I like it, we can't keep throwing money down the Men's Premiership hole.

Just makes the 2021 season massive though right? There's already plenty of money being thrown around imagine what this will mean. Not believing much of these amateur agreements either.
In theory I like the idea of the 2 round MPL, 1 round Southern League and then 2 teams in the National League, as long as my team is in there. It will lose all interest if your rival teams are in the National League and your season is over right?

As someone living regionally, I’d love to pop down the road and watch my rivals get smoked by Auckland City

For the Southern League (South Island) teams to competitive with teams from the Central and Northern League, I can see pressure growing for a full Southern League to kick off at the start of the winter season, maybe as early as the 2022 season, so will be interesting to see what transpires in the coming months, going to be vital for clubs to attain 'licence club status' or unlikely to be playing the the National League any time soon.
Anyone got the downlow on all the changes afoot? I've heard rumours but thought I would come to the horse's mouth that is Yellow Fever.
Best go with the rumours Vim.
