I'm following along from Auckland so please excuse my lack of knowledge...is it automatic promotion for Selwyn, or do they have to play-off with someone from Nelson?
Yes there is a play-off but none of the clubs playing in the Nelson Div 1 or the Marlborough Div 1 are seeking promoting so Selwyn is promoted without the need of any play-offs against the winner's of the Division's north of ChCh.
