Mix of 14-16 year olds in preparation for first U17 tounament in Auckland. They got plenty out of the game.
Glad they did. Not sure our guys got too much out of it other than a bit of match fitness
Now now mate i'm really hoping that's not too much of a dig there. Would have thought "a bit of match fitness" would be perfect for you fellas. Seems you have quite a difficult league to prepare for this season with all the $ being converted in CCL.
Also could quite easily say clubs wont get too much out of playing Parklands (minus a few kicks here and there) during the season if you want to have a moan about pre-season games..
I actually am really enjoying seeing and hearing what you guys as a club are striving for but i hope you realize that we aren't going to be sending first or reserve teams to a tournament when we can arrange decent fixtures on decent pitches ourselves.

Not sure what that has anything to do with what i wrote though? But if you want my thoughts on that then if clubs are wanting to give incentives to amateur players then that's up to them.. Seems a bit strange for 3 clubs to get relegated before doing so though
So your saying that there are 3 ccl clubs paying players and they have all been relegated. I'm taking it your throwing accusations then against western, halswell and united. Anything to back up your claims? And i'm not talking about joe blogs from another club told me so it must be true
I don’t believe I said anything about paying players. Incentives can be in any way shape or form. That’s all. If someone thinks a player is worth rewarding in some way then good on them.
