SAS happy to have a team start in CCL. Mainland should take the easy way out and put them in Div1 and not run with byes in CCL and the combined CCL/MPL round.

Did not think there is going to be a combined CCL/MPL round, unless it has been changed.

Top team in the CCL promoted after 20 rounds with the bottom three sides in the MPL after the 14 rounds (top 5 sides moving to the South Island League) then playing each other twice to determined which side is relegated,with the teams carry over the points they gained in rounds 1 - 14 in the MPL.
