Hi everyone hope you all had a great Xmas.
It's that time of the year again when regrets of all the gluttony from Xmas day come flooding in as the words "pre season training" start echoing in between the ears.
We are starting nice and early this year for the keen and eager. We're training on Wednesdays (6:30pm) and Sundays (10am) initially, then reverting to our traditional Tuesdays and Thursdays as the Hilton Petone approaches.
1st training is on Sunday the 4th, 10am at Fraser Park Extension.
