Don't think US1 are back on deck yet. Thought nothing would be finalised till February.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

As of last week, Pukekohe haven't been told if they are in or out. They applied to be part of it, so I don't know if the men's draw/leagues have been finalised yet.

There will be 3 x 10 mens team divisions. I underestand that Waitakere, Glenfield, East Coast Bays, Central, Lynn Avon, Eastern Suburbs, Bay Olympic, Melville, Wanderers, Tauranga make up the top league.

The reason for 3 x 10 is because they lose Easter this year and as such, there is a reduction in playing days.

Readin that post mentioned above, the reason why other teams from the US1 haven't entered is because US1 are only allowing 3 to enter from their area into the top league...

You can take that to the bank.

My understanding is that it hasn't been decided and won't be for another week, but if there is only 10 teams there will only be 1 from cow cocky land.

If that occurs thats a debarcle both Wanderers and Melville deserve to be playing in the Premier, with a NZFC side based in the area one side only wouldnt allow for a seemless transition/ development of youth players to the next level. Whats there to aspire to bar Rex Dawkins and his empire.

very good point about only having one team in next level below NZFC
how can Waikato FC expect to improve if they end up having only one Northern Prem club
to draw players from and besides Melville, Ham Wanderers and Tauranga  earned there place in
top level Northern League football on merit would be wrong to rob them of that just because US1 are
living in dream land

Do you know what nemesis means
