To me its a three horse race. Olympic, Miramar, Wests. My
Moneys on either Wests or Olympic.

olympic this year as a whole not only within the team but
supporttrs 2 is quality this year evry1s gttn invlvd.. i
personally thnk its goen to b miramar, west, olympic & lower

For my money I can't see anyone getting past Miramar. They've
still not hit top gear yet either. Best of the rest?
Lower Hutt. Olympic, Napier and Gisborne will all challenge
but ultimately Miramar will have too much fire power. For all
thos train spotters out there Dom Rowe arrived back from overseas
this week, he'll be wearing the blue and black this year...

have miramar got any imports? they don't seem to have much on
paper apart from tim butterfield who could quite possibly still be
the best player in the country.
the team lists of wests and olympic look stronger to me.
don't fancy gisbourne. what's happenning there? no
big names? maybe they have given up the ghost after not being
admitted to the nzfc?

Gisborne have brought out a pommie Robert Gill, looked good so far
but got a stupid red card in the last round for dissent.
They've also signed Pedro Garcia but he can't play until July due
to the stupid no 3 club rule.
Wests aren't the team they are last year, Jimmy Cudd is a big
loss as is Craig Henderson who scored a lot of goals last year,
especially in the cup run. Olympic are young and seem to lack
a bit of depth, but their first 11 is as good as anyone's.
Gisborne Miramar will be a good match today, watch out for the
reports tomorrow!! Also, if anyone out there regularly goes
to Central league games and wants to help out with reports could
you PM me?
