Can anyone tell me what happens to the Referees Ratings on the team cards? You get to rate your official ref from 1-10 but I wonder if it's used to improve the performance of our refs or what?

NO Story, just the usual one that probably gets around the higher of the lower grades about the standard of refereeing every week.
