Only game in the opening round between Hornby and FC Twenty 11 will be played this coming Wednesday evening at Avonhead Park at 7pm. 

Quarter-Final Draw conducted by Mainland this afternoon.
Dates to be confirmed - all games to be played on Wednesday evening at English Park.
All games will be streamed on Mainland Youtube cannel.

Great game by Selwyn. Defended resolutely against a side in the league above them - only conceding in the 93rd - and took their chances up the other end.

It was remarked to me at half time by a Halswell supporter at English Park that Selwyn seemed more confident in front of goal - a by product of playing in a lower league (Top of MWP) and winning games, compared to Halswell at the bottom of the WSIL.

Yes, was a good watch. Good to see Selwyn try some very interesting set pieces, one that lead to the opening goal. The old saying that "winning becomes a habit", so unsure if the same applies to losing.
