Phil, if you buy me my old house back and pay my relocation fees, I'll have a think about it.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Phil might lend you his house:

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

As a fellow dwarf, I'm allowed.

...but robbery only occurs when you have something taken from you that you want to keep

Are you saying Lower Hutt don't want to keep him? - Pedro is not that old and is still a quality player!

Maybe one of those wealthy property developers have taken over in the Upper Valley and are splashing out. Check the local barber shops.

Or it could be that he was on his way to the Wairarapa and his car broke down at the foot of the Akas

He can still do a job for sure but I hear they are lowering the average age of the team and he is also ambitious with one eye on his future - They would have to accept that and wish him well. Nothing to see hear I think.

Seeing applications for the position close on December 13th, I dont think a decision on who will coach would have been made.  If it has then it is kinda strange to make a decision before everyone was given a chance to apply.
