Summer loving

Hey All.

Very sorry if this info is already somewhere but I had a man look and couldn't see anything.

Being I have moved down and Footy season is winding up in Palmy (Knock out cup finals this weekend whoop whoop) what happens football wise in Welly (Apart from the might phoenix) during the summer??

I know we have a summer 6 aside tourney in Palmy on weeknights on quarter size pitches is there anything like that here?

Also I am still in Palmy on the weekends at the moment but might be spending some more time down here soon hopefully, We have a group of us that do a mixed kick around at one of the parks every sunday (normally evenly split between guys and gals) does anyone here do anything like this that wouldn't mind someone coming along once and a while??

Any help would be great!

Hey mate Sportzone - Tony Morrison run a 5 a side league over the summer at 3 or 4 different venues, I think all are now on turf? 

They are also attempting to start up a full 11 a side league over the summer, 80 minute games.
