hi all, i am looking into starting up a weekly 2 hour soccer training sessions for boys and girls aged between 8-14. i am looking to start up at the beginning of November. I am SFA(Scottish Football Association) qualified to coach under 14's and the other coach got his badges in England. Our aim is to capitals on the all whites world cup campaign to help develop the future of New Zealand Football. We would start with a 8 week course finishing with a mini world cup competition. The training itself would firstly be fun for the children and on top of that we would try and help develop the children's technical skill level
i just wanted to ask the mum and dads out there a few questions.

1) i was thinking $20 for the 2 hours would be fair, yes or no? if not what would be a more realistic price?
2) who thinks their children would be interested in the training?
3) i was thinking 4.30pm to 6.30pm on a Monday or Tuesday would be good. would this fit in to a normal family schedule?

if anyone has any advice please contact me at dm0210@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks

Dan

In my household 430-630 is witching hour(s) (8 & 5 yr old). Price is reasonable.

Have you considered contacting schools to get a job lot of kids (and maybe could reduce price to $15 if you get over x number of kids at each school?)

Nevertheless, hope it goes well

(PS is it too late for a 37 year old to have skills training?)
