this would be a good warm up/singles club to meet players.

we'll be there (Wgtn Utd Salmon)

wanganui over 35s  and 45s is this weekend not sure how many teams they have lined up but guessing olympic from wellington may be the favourites after winning it last year how many wellington teams are coming up.i know of two so far but some others have decided to go to the napier tournament the same weekend.
i enjoyed my weekend in wellington and would like to thank the guys from north wellington who took me into their team for the wellington masters.

only 6 teams at athletic tournament and 4 of them were from wellington not good.i played for wellington olympic .the end of the tournament was a bit strange though a three way tie for first no countback system in place for goal difference etc.
olympic and two athletic teams shared the trophy

they changed the whole draw this morning as the nigerian team was a no show so now 3 groups of 6,best looking teams today were red sox a ,mirimar, olympic and taupo with a couple of others close on their heels should be an interesting day tomorrow.

couple of teams had bad days on saturday olympic and taupo both dropped out of contention with a couple of losses, athletic cosmos won their  group, red sox won theirs and i think mirimar but not too sure as did not get to see many games from their group

last day today sunday and with the draw and format changing all the time not even sure who is playing who last i heard their were going to be no quarter finals.it could of changed since yesterday but as i read it yesterday the teams winning their groups play each other once each and so two games most points takes it so if they win 1 each comes back to goal difference all lower places are worked out in the same way 2nd in groups etc
