Wellington Sunday League HELP ME JOIN A TEAM

Can anyone please point me towards some contact info for joining a Sunday league team this season (2019). 

The website I’ve seen about the league is bit of a shambles and I’m wanting to join a team not register one. 

I work and live on Miramar Pen so one around here would be ideal. 

Haven’t played for a few years so of course looking to just play on a team on a casual capacity as my skill level no longer matches my competitive nature. But I can kick a ball. Will play any position except GK and CM, preference for wing or striker although I love defending but stand at a mere 5ft6 and 67kg.
