Who is replacing HSOB in the East, or are CF going to stuff up that comp like the West last year?
In the West still waiting to see if anyone has dropped out. Would be kind of nice to see Whanganui City get a reprieve from relegation - they at least took in all the young players Athletic kicked out.
Frontrunners out West clearly should be Whanganui Athletic, although they have been very quiet on social media for a change - just a few of their imports leaving.
NP Rangers surely can't start as badly as they did last year, they were a much better team than their position suggests. Don't know much about the other Naki teams.
Lots of changes in Palmy, Marist Reserves coach moving to Takaro taking a few lads with him. Very quiet out of Marist but believe they are losing a bunch of players. Feilding apparently have a lot of players returning who skipped last season so should be stronger. PNU had over 70 players turn up for their 1st team trial so you'd have to think their Ressies will be strong.
Early doors for the friendlies etc first result I have heard of was PNU 9 - 1 Takaro on Saturday. PNU 1st team for 1st half went in 7 - 0 at the break, then mass subs for 2nd half.
CF claim it will be an 18 game season in the West, and both a Fed and Prem cup to play for, so should be a good season.
