just a suggestion, Prince of Wales Park the lower one is in great nick and its never used on Sundays. Reasonably handy to Newtown. Plenty of room, car parking, sheltered from the wind and every so often chicks walk past. Ideal.

I'm sure Rugby League will be fine, enough distance between there and central Newtown

I'm in for Tomorrow at 1PM. Surprisingly I will be sans-stabwounds. Who'd have thought?

Me and my Japanese student might pop along for a kickaround.

Will be there with a friend. Do people usually wear normal shoes or football boots?
Permalink Permalink

Whatever suits the ground.  Might be a bit slippery at RUgby park for trainers, so TUrf shoes or firm ground boots I would think.

Pencil me in, I have a kick at eleven and I haven't requested an escape permit from Mrs. News. Hard News2009-03-08 10:12:52

To be fair he deserves some kudos...when he did damage it he did a tripple summersault and cleared the ball all while pouring me a guiness...guys a ninja...he just mistimed it a little & hit it with his big toe instead of the inside of his boot...

Thank goodness it wasn't chuck norris...his big toenail surely would have exploded the ball...then again chucknorrise NEVER mistimes a kick...

Watch yourself son, if you start a Ginger-bashing session I'll be the one that finishes it.

Let's just gaze into my crystal ball to see what lies ahead for Oska after Sunday's kickaround:
