Fudgeing typical! Yet another injury time goal and the WU steal an equaliser with less than a minute to go.

That's curtains for the Reds.

Unless I'm missing something, it's not curtains for the Reds if WSW (6th, 34 pts, 10 wins, -4 GD) draw their next game against Melb City (7th, 33 pts, 9 wins, +10 GD).

A draw in that game would still give Adelaide (8th,  29 pts, 8 wins, +0 GD), some hope. Note Adelaide's GD is currently superior to WSW's GD

In this round if Adelaide beat CCM, and WSW & MC drew that would leave
WSW 35 pts & 10 wins, MC 34 pts & 9 wins and Adelaide 32 pts & 9 wins.

Then in the final round if WSW lost, MC lost or drew & Adelaide won would leave
Adelaide 35 pts & 10 wins, WSW 35 pts & 10 wins and MC 34 or 35 pts & 9 wins.

Next tiebreaker after wins is GD. So Adelaide would be through ahead of WSW, again unless I'm missing something??

So hope for a WSW v Melb City draw Saturday night, to at least keep Adelaide motivated for their Gosford game Sunday.
