Does anyone know how the Semis works? The away goals rule doesn't apply, so do the games go to pens if it's a draw?

Yes, penalties. I have a bit of a fondness for the old away goals rule but it's been largely dispensed with now.

Meanwhile Arzani puts MV back in front 3-2.

Cheers. Does each game potentially go to pens? Or does the first one have whatever result it is and then if the second game means the result is undecided it goes to pens?

Yep, second game only, assuming scores across both games are even.
