Thought Toomey has looked good all season, tonight too, but hasn't has many chances. Ditto Elliot. Maybe two recruits for the Nix?
François much improved tonight.

After his post goal theatrics at the ROF post the first derby (shouting in Oluwayemi's face) I don't ever see a Toomey return to the Nix. With Payne, Sheridan & Piper think Nix have enough RB cover. So no strong need for a Callan return.

Elliott's actually played 12 games (595 mins) for Auckland FC. And he's cover for an aging Sakai, who's also Auckland's 4th CB. Elliott should probably stay in Auckland as long as he can.

One player who I reckon the Nix should try entice from Auckland is Jonty Bidois. Even just a loan deal for a season. If May & Mata both return to AFC next season, Bidois will again get very limited ALM mins.

I've liked his limited Auckland cameos to date. 18 mths older than Luke Supyk I think he's currently likely the better striker. Looks a bit more physical for sure.

21 in November. 12 goals in 14 games for Tauranga City who were only 7th in the Northern League last season

In comparison Supyk (just turned 19), got 6 goals in 14 games for Weenix (Central League & National League combined). Weenix were 5th in Central League.
