Dont you love it when people on forums continually drop hints they no stuff but never seem to be able to provide details. The story of YF since forever. LMAO

I don't "no" stuff per se. Wellington is a small city, everyone knows everyone and some of the owners are quite accessible, attending functions and events. Others you meet through work.
