I don't see many people arguing that we haven't exceeded expectations? Or that he hasn't done great things? Or that Rudan isn't a competitive guy who wants to win and wants the best for his players and for the Club? He's had plenty of credit and praise thrown at him, and will get a lot more before he's done, but it is actually possible to appreciate what he's done and what he's doing and still have questions.
