It's a bit annoying because he knew the situation when he came here. In fact he said the challenges of the role is what attracted him. He knew from the get go that the license is up in the air.

I guess the reality of spending months without your family in a foreign country was a bit different to his expectations. Not sure that's anyone's fault. 

It was the right move for his career and the club at the time.  Get it done Rob.
