Yeah, I'm sure that has to be an option on the cards. From memory, though, I think the intake of non-confederation affiliated coaches is limited to something like 10% of candidates, so there's probably a waiting list on that front too.

Is that based on nationality or club currently employed at?

From memory (so I could definitely be wrong) it has to do with where you got your previous qualification - so for example, if you have AFC A and want to get UEFA Pro in England, you're down the pecking order as an outside candidate.
