In regards to the Banner last night...

The banner was not a "GFU" created banner, It was made by a couple of individuals who have already owned up to it last night...

There were 3 reasons for the banner:

1) Disgraceful refereeing standards that saw us Cheated out of a Grand Final, Last seasons Final Series, and the CCM game on NYE, with referees accepting little if any accountability.

2) FFA totally ignoring Perth for Socceroos' games, Man Utd/Liverpool/Juventus etc friendlies and the Asian Cup

3) A response to the idea that points get deducted for crowd behaviour, and the FFA's crackdown on the active fans around the country.

4) No promotion of Perth Glory in the A-league promotional advertisements, even though we are in one of the toughest sporting markets in Australia.

5) Perth Glory getting totally ignored when asking for simple/sensible favours of the FFA ie Changing kick-off times to a more sensible/safe timeslot.

Lolz

sounds a lot like our complaints - except the grand final one.
