Goalkeeping howlers, love 'em. Reminds me a of a Verflappy one from a few seasons back.

We'd have kept him with a contractual clause offering free tattoo removal when he's so flabby that a hip tribal symbol resembles a badger's arse.

Probably. He just ran over to Janjativic and pushed him out of the way for helping a WSW player with cramp

Og is great entertainment.

This has been a great watch too - end to end, flying challenges, absolute nutter defenders.

Making me feel a little wary for when we play either of these two teams.

Frankie Mac will be happy with the WSW player being sent off for presumably having a stupid ponytail.

good riddance to that prick after the way he behaved in the Champions league. Should have served a ban after his disgraceful rolling around in that. Saba is it?

Straight red to the bearded wanderer hipster. Don't know his name, or if he even has one, he probably doesn't want it going mainstream. Reckless tackle though

Saba off. Surprised it's not Ognenovski.

Permalink Permalink

It wasn't the worst tackle Ive ever seen. At least he was going for the ball and actually got it.

Permalink Permalink

Thought that was way over the top from Og. As if the keeper wasn't down enough on confidence he's getting screamed at and pushed by his own defender. Dumb.

Terrific baiting by the Og.

Anyway, he's a psycho but I agree that  a keeper that already looks weak/crap to the opposition shouldn't sit there helping them.

Sportsmanship bro. A-League is a tight comp, most these guys know each other regardless of who they play for. Og needs a kick up the arse

Is Ibini actually any good? After several seasons watching him I still can't decide.

I am still seething that he wasn't booked for his stupid hair as soon as the first whistle blew

No, he isn't. Scores a few but misses a lot more. Worse than Brockie.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

General play much better than Brockie's, but still isn't great.

Frankie, i watched the 1/4 final last week CCM V Palm Beach? Anyway, late in the 2nd half Palm Beach had their sub come on (Daniel Grzic - seen here in the light blue) and he had a double pony tail sort of. One on top and one at the back. Even the commentators spent 5 minutes debating how stupid it looked.

The sportsmanship thing is not really the issue, it's about respecting your own team mates. To see someone of the age and experience of Ogenovski abusing and pushing his own keeper, who is already having a bad night anyway, just makes him look like an immature dickhead. It goes way beyond the normal bad tempered exchanges between team mates during the stress of a match. I'd be really pissed if Durante did the same thing to Mossy or Italiano.

Brilliant derby! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole match. Does anyone know why they walked out seperately and lined up facing each other before the game though? Seemed rather weird.

Three for me, and two for them.

Great just looking at the crowd behind the goal collectively putting their hands to their heads in horror as the ball goes in.

I know, I know, its serious!

OG very lucky not to have been sent off for that (at the very least he should have got a second yellow).

Because the FFA marketing department is just as shite as the rest of the organisation?

Nix fan got lost on the way to Gosford and ended up in the middle of a Sydney Derby crowd scuffle.

I see a few WSW fans trying to start sh*t as usual. Including one randomly hitting a sydney fan with crutches.

Just some random casuals yet again I guess - not actual WSW or RBB supporters *rolls eyes*

Some pretty good self-policing from Sydney fans in there. RBB could learn a thing or two.
