Got it horribly wrong last night, that why I never bet on football.
Tonight I think Melbourne will be too good for the Jets.

Cracker from Hernandez to open the scoring
Permalink Permalink

Not a huge quantity. Fabio got a yellow. Brockie narrowly missed an outside of the foot volley.

Hernandez just scored a screamer though.

Also that centre back for the Jets, Tiago Calvano or however you say it,  looks quality

That was pretty special from Hernandez when you look at the angle he had to hid it initially to get it past the defender, then bend it back to the goal.

Rojas - LOL!

Rojas needs to spend a bit more time using Melbourne's fantastic defensive training facilities.

Haliti with his trad shirt-off yellow card. What an idiot. Nice cross from Brockie.

Well, at least one Kiwi is playing good.

He's repeatedly helped Fabio underline why Brazilians continue to be a questionable investment for A-League sides.

The way Fabio was writhing around last week I assumed it was a greenstick fracture at best. Very surprised to see him back so soon. Astonished that Durakovic hasn't recognised yet that Fabio is as much use as a defender as a man-sized cardboard cut out.

My god Zadkovich is sh*t, needs to learn what pass means, every time he lines up the shot I look to the corner flag and then up in advance to see where it will land....

Who scored the Jets 2?
Permalink Permalink

Griffiths (Pen), Haliti.

Why are the commentators fapping over how wonderful Kewell has been when he has been decidedly average?
Permalink Permalink
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Because the Australian nation as a whole have been so brainwashed by media that they can't see the last time he was any good was when he was about 19 for Leeds.  They have so much time and fapping invested in the Kewell myth they have to perpetuate it.

Incidentally, I give you Ruben Zadkovich (again)

Haha holy sh*t, that was the most clear cut penno I've seen for ages.

Hilarious refereeing yet again in the A-league

No wonder players and fans get pissed off when you see such poor decisions from refs.
What a joke.
