Which I take to read as:
1) Default position is a NYL player should be the replacement player
2) Club can apply for a replacement player to be someone else based on a criteria.
3) A non-NYL replacement player can't have played for another A-league club if that contract was terminated after 1 Dec.

@Dale_Warburton Official line is they have already promoted from NYL, he’s a visa player and they’ve other injuries in same position.

@KevinAirs442 That explains exception from 12.4 relating to NYL (which seems fair to me). But doesnt really explain exception from 12.6 thou
