One way in and out - but many of those 000's would come via Britomart and then walk past dozens of honeytraps en route. Just like the temptations offered at international airports. Also, isn't the Quay option contingent on bowling Eden Pk for room to build all those 000's of new apartments that will fund it? If the Eden Park trust get the ok from Auck Council to put on another 6 annual mega musical events, which is what they're asking for,  then keeping Eden Pk might become a reality and building at Wynyard Pt the best remaining option.
